At Brautigan Realty, we put an emphasis in communication and precision for all our clients from start to finish. Our commitment to excellence is derived from the many moves, both stateside and international, that many members of our team have faced in our own military lifestyles. The one thing we’ve taken away from each and every move is that having someone communicate the processes along the way relieves stress and anxiety for all parties involved.
Heidi Brautigan has always strived to be the best in her field, and real estate is no different. After teaching school for 9 years, she chose to stay home and raise their two children. As soon as the youngest started school, Heidi pursued her Realtors® license in the state of Texas. She quickly became a recognizable name in the community through volunteer work, chairing and being active in various committees, and being involved with the Chamber of Commerce. The Temple Belton Board of Realtors named Heidi as Rookie of the Year at the end of her first full year in real estate. She has gone on to get a designations in Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Military Relocation Specialist, Certified Home Marketing Specialist, and New Construction Specialist. Heidi has been a multi-million dollar producer every year since her first year in real estate, which comes from repeat referrals from the many raving fans she has worked with.
